Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

1. About this agreement

Push Pull Studios LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, trading as ReviveMyPhoto. We restore, repair and colorize photographs, and we produce physical prints of the results. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and everything we do for you.

You agree to these terms when you place your order — the checkout says so beside the payment button. Reading this page does not bind you to anything — browsing our site, looking at the gallery and pricing a restoration you never buy are all outside this agreement.

We update these terms from time to time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the new version takes effect, and an order you have already paid for keeps the terms that were in force when you placed it. For a change that materially affects your rights we give at least fourteen (14) days' notice before it takes effect. Earlier versions are available on request from support@revivemyphoto.com.

2. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. Our service is built for adults, and a person under 18 may only place an order with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.

If we learn that an order was placed by somebody who cannot lawfully agree to these terms, we may cancel it and refund what was paid.

3. What we do

Every restoration we deliver is the work of a person. Our restorers are artists who work on your photograph with professional retouching tools, decide what it needs, and review every restoration before it reaches you. We restore the people and places in your photograph; we do not replace them with invented ones.

How long the work takes depends on the delivery option you choose:

  • Standard — five (5) business days, included at no charge.
  • Priority delivery — two (2) business days.
  • Rush delivery — one (1) business day.

Business days exclude weekends. The clock starts when your payment is confirmed, or when a usable photograph reaches us if you are posting or emailing your originals — whichever is later. We tell you your expected delivery date on your dashboard and in your confirmation email.

Revisions are free and unlimited. If something about the restoration is not right, tell us and we will work on it again at no charge, for as long as it takes to get it right. If we still cannot produce something you are happy with, you get your money back under Section 7 and our Refund Policy.

What we cannot promise is a particular outcome. A photograph that has lost information — a face worn away, a corner missing, detail bleached out by decades of sunlight — has lost it, and no restorer recovers what is not there. What we promise is our best work and, if that is not enough for you, your money back.

4. Your photographs and materials

You own your photographs. Nothing in this agreement changes that.

When you post original photographs to us, we hold them as a bailee: they are yours, we have temporary custody of them, and we look after them with reasonable care. Old photographs are fragile by nature. They crack along existing folds, they shed emulsion, they fade, and they can be damaged or lost by a postal carrier before they ever reach us. Please keep a copy — a phone photograph of the print is enough — before you send anything.

Two levels of protection are available for originals you post to us:

  • Standard handling, included in the $19.95 physical handling and return fee, protects each original up to $150 — or up to what you paid for the order, if that is more — if it is lost or damaged while in our care.
  • Declared-value handling raises that limit to the value you declare, for an additional charge quoted before you post. Choose this for anything you would be devastated to lose.

These limits apply to our ordinary handling. They do not apply to gross negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct or conversion on our part, and nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Photographs of people receive specific protections. We do not identify the people in your photographs. We do not run facial recognition, and we do not create or keep faceprints or any other biometric identifier. We never use your photographs to train or fine-tune any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model. If a photograph shows a child, you confirm you are that child's parent or guardian or have their permission to send it.

You confirm that you own the photographs you send us, or that you have the right to have them restored.

5. Posting and returning originals

You do not have to post anything. Most customers upload a scan or a phone photograph, and that works well. You can also email a scan to support@revivemyphoto.com.

If you buy a restoration and tell us the photograph is coming by post, you have thirty (30) days to send it. We will remind you, and there is no rush inside that window. If nothing reaches us within three (3) months and no work has been done, we refund you in full automatically — see Section 6.

Posting is at your risk until your envelope reaches us. Please use a tracked service. Once we have your photograph, Section 4 governs how we look after it.

The $19.95 physical handling and return fee — charged once per posted photograph, never on an upload or an emailed scan — covers receiving your envelope, scanning each print at archival resolution and posting every original back to you. We return originals to the address you provide for the return — you can confirm or change it before we post, and it does not have to be the address your envelope came from. Return post is at our risk until it is delivered to you.

If we cannot post your originals back because the address you gave us does not accept them, we hold them for at least ninety (90) days and make up to three documented attempts to reach you. We never destroy an original without writing to you first.

Your restored files stay available to download from your dashboard for at least ninety (90) days after delivery. Please save your own copy — that download is a convenience, not an archive.

6. Prices, payment and orders

Restoration starts at $38 per photograph and depends on the level of work your photograph needs. Colorization, delivery speed, physical handling and return of a posted original, and prints are each priced separately, and prints vary by size and by set. Every price that applies to your order is shown to you in full before you pay.

All prices are in United States dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and it is fixed the moment you pay it — if we change our prices afterwards, your order is unaffected.

Payment is due when you order. Cards are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

We may decline or cancel an order — and refund it in full — where there has been a pricing or description error, where we suspect fraud, or where the order would breach Section 9.

If you pay for a restoration of a photograph you intend to send later, your payment is held against that work. We will remind you, and if no usable photograph reaches us within three (3) months and we have done no work, we refund you in full automatically. Once we have begun work, our Refund Policy applies instead.

7. Refunds and our satisfaction guarantee

Love it, or your money back.

If you are not happy with a restoration, tell us and we will revise it, free and as many times as it takes. If we still cannot get it right, we refund what you paid for that photograph — real money, back to the card you paid with. Not a voucher, not a credit note.

If after reasonable attempts we conclude we cannot produce a result you are happy with, we may close the request by refunding that photograph in full — the same remedy you could choose yourself at any time.

Ask within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will still consider a request made after that in good faith, but the thirty days is what we commit to.

This guarantee is about the restoration itself. Returning your original photographs, refunds on prints already produced, and the limits that stop the guarantee being used abusively are all set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

8. Intellectual property

You keep every right you had in your photographs. You grant us only what we need to do the work: permission to hold, copy, restore and deliver your images for the order you placed, and nothing else. That permission ends when the work is done and your files are deleted under our Privacy Policy.

The restored file we deliver is yours. Use it however you like — print it, share it, hang it, sell it — provided you hold the rights in the underlying photograph.

We do not put your photographs in our gallery, our advertising or our social media unless you specifically tell us we may. That permission is opt-in, it is asked for separately, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to support@revivemyphoto.com. Silence is not permission.

Our own name, logo, site design, written content and working methods remain ours.

9. Acceptable use

Do not send us anything unlawful. In particular, do not send images that sexualize children, that were obtained by intruding on somebody's privacy, or that you have no right to send. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to our systems, and do not scrape the site or use bots against it.

We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches this section.

The website itself is provided as it is. We work to keep it available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features.

10. Email, text messages and marketing

You agree to receive this agreement, your receipts, and notices about your order electronically. Under the federal E-SIGN Act, an electronic record satisfies any requirement that these be in writing. You may ask for a paper copy of anything by writing to support@revivemyphoto.com.

Messages about an order you placed — confirmations, questions from your restorer, your proof, delivery notices — are part of the service and cannot be turned off while the order is open.

Marketing email is opt-in and every message carries an unsubscribe link that works. If we text you, that is opt-in too; reply STOP to end it. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for anything arising out of an order is limited to what you paid for that order, except that for an original photograph lost or damaged in our care the limit is the greater of what you paid for that order or the $150 standard protection in Section 4, or the higher amount you declared if you bought declared-value handling. Where you have paid us nothing, the limit is $100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill.

We want to be plain about one thing rather than bury it. We cannot compensate you for what a photograph means to you. Its sentimental value is not something money reaches, and it is not something we can insure or pay out against. That is precisely why we ask you to keep a copy before posting anything, and why declared-value handling exists.

None of these limits applies to our gross negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct, conversion or fraud, nor to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, nor to anything else the law does not permit us to limit. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, and where that is so these exclusions do not apply to you.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for our satisfaction guarantee, the service and the website are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant any particular restoration result. A photograph's condition sets the ceiling on what any restorer can achieve.

Our satisfaction guarantee is a separate promise we make to you by contract, and nothing in this section reduces it.

13. Indemnification

If somebody brings a claim against us because of a photograph you sent — because it infringes their copyright, or because you did not have the right to send it — you agree to cover our reasonable costs and any damages arising from that claim.

This does not apply to claims caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

14. Problems, claims and billing disputes

Look at your restoration when it arrives, and look at your prints and returned originals when they arrive. If something is wrong, tell us at support@revivemyphoto.com and we will look into it properly.

Any claim under this agreement must be brought within two (2) years of the events giving rise to it. That limit does not apply to consumer-protection claims, fraud claims, privacy claims, or claims about an original photograph you posted to us — those keep whatever period the law gives them.

If you think you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us first; we can usually fix it the same day. You may still dispute a charge with your bank, and we will never penalize you, refuse you service or withhold your photographs because you raised a dispute in good faith.

15. Disputes and arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between us are resolved and, unless you opt out, it means neither of us will have a dispute decided by a judge or jury.

Talk to us first. Before starting arbitration, send a written description of the dispute and what you want to support@revivemyphoto.com or 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. We will do the same for you. Both of us agree to try to resolve it informally for at least sixty (60) days before going further. This step resolves nearly everything.

Arbitration. If that fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before one arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

Costs and convenience. Your share of the filing fee is capped at $200 and we pay the rest of the arbitrator's and administrative fees. You may choose to have your case decided on documents alone, by telephone or by video. If you want a hearing in person, it will take place in the county where you live.

What the arbitrator can do. The arbitrator may award you anything a court could, including damages and, where the law provides it, attorneys' fees.

Individual claims only. Both of us give up the right to bring or take part in a class action, collective action or representative action. Claims may not be consolidated with anybody else's without both parties' consent. If the law gives you a non-waivable right to seek public injunctive relief, that claim is severed and heard in court, and the rest of this section still applies.

Small claims. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead, if it qualifies.

You can opt out of arbitration. Write to us within thirty (30) days of first accepting these terms, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 marked Arbitration Opt-Out, or by email to support@revivemyphoto.com with Arbitration Opt-Out in the subject line, giving your name and order details. Opting out costs you nothing, changes nothing else in this agreement, and we will not treat you differently for it.

If a dispute is not subject to arbitration, you may bring it in the courts of Wyoming or in the courts where you live. We will only bring a claim against you where you live or where the transaction took place, unless we are required to file a counterclaim elsewhere.

If we change this section, you may reject the change by writing to us within thirty (30) days, and the previous version will continue to govern between us.

16. General

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 15. Nothing here waives a mandatory consumer protection of the state you live in.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — natural disasters, fires, epidemics, carrier failures, utility and network outages, or government action. If such an event goes on long enough to make your order impractical, either of us may cancel it and you will be refunded for work not delivered.

Gift certificates do not expire for at least five (5) years and carry no dormancy or inactivity fee. Unclaimed balances are handled under applicable unclaimed-property law.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under this agreement without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, and your rights are unaffected.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us about our services.

17. State consumer notices

California. Under California Civil Code § 1789.3, California residents may reach our support team at support@revivemyphoto.com. You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210. We honor Global Privacy Control signals and the Do Not Sell or Share request described in our Privacy Policy.

Other states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights to access, correct, delete and port their personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising. Those rights, and how to exercise them, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

18. Accessibility

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat a report of an accessibility barrier as a defect rather than a suggestion.

If any part of this site or of ordering a restoration is difficult for you to use, write to support@revivemyphoto.com. We respond within five (5) business days, and we will find another way to take your order at no additional cost. How we build for this is described in our Accessibility statement.

19. Copyright complaints

We respect copyright and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Send notices to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Push Pull Studios LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, or support@revivemyphoto.com with DMCA in the subject line. A valid notice must identify the copyrighted work, identify the material complained of and where it is, give your contact details, and include the statements of good-faith belief and accuracy required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), under penalty of perjury.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notification to the same address.

We decline or cancel orders from repeat infringers. Trademark complaints go to the same address without the DMCA subject line.

20. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. For a material change we give at least fourteen (14) days' notice.

Changes take effect only for orders placed after the effective date. An order you have already placed keeps the terms it was placed under — we do not change the deal after you have paid for it.

You may reject a change to Section 15 as described in that section. Previous versions are available on request.
